DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Domestic orders will ship via Fedex. International orders will ship via USPS. For domestic orders, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. For international orders, please allow 6-10 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

Dear Martha wants every customer to love their headwear. We offer free domestic and Canadian exchanges on every order within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. You can email info@shopdearmartha to begin the exchange process. We will send a prepaid FedEx return label to the email address used at the time of original purchase. Once your merchandise is received, we will begin processing your exchange within two business days.
RETURNS
Domestic and Canadian orders can be returned for a full refund if requested within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Requests can be made by emailing info@shopdearmartha.com. A prepaid FedEx return label will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Requests made after 5 days can be returned for store credit. Requests made after 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
